IMHO, what happened was that he got up on stage, realized he didn't know what he wanted, and just blurted out Auburn and then said all that "they were in my heart" crap to save himself the embarrassment of looking like a complete idiot. You could tell that the second "Auburn" came out of his mouth he kinda freaked out on the inside. I'm not even saying he wants to go to Bama. I honestly don't think he knows either way at this point. I feel bad for the kid. He is gonna make one fanbase or the other hate his arse for the next 3 or 4 years. I almost hope he goes to New Mexico.

The one that will be really mad is is HS Coach that wont be able to cash that Barn Check if he cant steer him to Auburn

with the last two recruiting classes from both schools you dont think there is talent enough there. But besides all of that if Bama had never been the favorite with this kid I wouldnt care if he chose Auburn. I didnt care that Westerman chose Auburn but this is like an ex-girlfriend if I cant have the bitch I dont want to see my biggest rival with her

Did you sleep through yesterday? He made his choice, his family didn't support him so now he's not sure what to do. It's pretty clear what's going on here, it's not much different than the Calloway situation.

funny he looked torn to me; I think both schools are equal in his eyes regarding football but he is under the impression he wil compete with his brother. I dont think his family wants him to buy some bullshite line fed to him from some coach he hasnt spent much time with. parents can usually spot bullshite from a mile away

I dont know man; TR is gone next yr and all we have left is Lacey. We struck out with Crowell and unless we get a big guy that can run between the tackles(I dont think Hart is that guy) he may get more of a look than we think.

He will end up on D no matter what. That's where he would have ended up at auburn too eventually.
