to break the Athletic Depts. into Tiers...I'd put them as...
Tier 1.
Obviously Ole Miss and only Ole Miss in this one. No other AD in the conference can match the near-topness across the big 3 like the Rebels have done the past few years.
Tier 2.
Bama and Kentucky based on them being dominant as hell in one sport. The other two sports for them sucking dick keeps them out of Tier 1.
Tier 3.
This is your run-of-the-mill, "meh" athletic depts. of LSU, Arky, MSu, Auburn and a few others that I'm to lazy to classify. Very comparable to the feeling you get when you fart and a slight, sludge of shite slides out.
Tier 4.
Here's your Vandy, Tenn, Mizzou, MSU basketball(deserves it's own standing), and LSU's on-campus health department. This can be directly comparable to a full-on, Chipotle-induced, "I'm now sporting a Jackson Pollock painting in the back of my boxers" shite....

Trying way too hard? You realize we're 115+ posts in and not one person has given a valid reason why someone should be placed above Ole Miss in any of the three sports for current dominance. I don't care what a program did five years ago. None of those players are around. In two weeks, Ole Miss will have accomplished these feats in the past sporting cycle:
Football - NYE6 bowl game
Baseball - Omaha
Basketball - NCAA Tourney
Schools that have accomplished these since Ole Miss(aka same year):
Football - Alabama and MSU
Baseball - Vandy
Basketball - Kentucky and Arkansas + any bubble teams to make it.
You're fricking kidding yourself if you look at that, then say Ole Miss isn't a top program in the SEC. We've accomplished all three...Alabama, MSU, Vandy, UK, and Arkansas have accomplished ONE of the THREE.

Keep getting these remarks but nothing to counter my post. Ole Miss has accomplished more in this calender year, in all three sports, than any other SEC school, then Vandy, then Bama/MSU/Ark/UK.
