Hart brings that mind set with him.....win at all costs.

If that were the case he would have opened up the checkbook and landed a better coach than jones in the first place

You seriously trying to say Miles isn't a stand up guy, because TM7 failed a bunch of drug tests for fricking weed? Wow.

Yep, we certainly have our share of thugs but they are dealt with swiftly and pretty consistently. I'm confident that our administration makes it clear to our coaches that inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. When you see a pattern of this type behavior then it's called lack of institutional control by the NCAA and Tennessee seems to fall in that category.

Butch is a lot of things, a guy who needs to improve on 4th down being one of them but these allegations are bullshite. They're not even being made by Drae Bowles who this allegedly happened to even though he was already transferring and has denied the lawsuit's claim that he was assaulted which like this was made by a third party.

These 'new' allegations aren't even new. They're just the plaintiffs attorneys attempt to force UT to settle which originally I thought we should do because you can't really win a case like this even if you win. Now though, I say frick that noise. Keep them in litigation, run up the fees, counter sue, beat them in court and force them to pay legal fees. Of course, that's only partially viable but my feelings on this case have swung in the opposite direction from where they started.

That this rehash follows the coaching powow is no surprise -- in fact it makes the plaintiffs strategy obvious as hell.
