The AD knew ahead of time Lane would go if USC came open and good riddance to bad rubbish. Mike Hamilton knowing that should've had a plan but didn't. Incompetent ADs happen.

As for Cuonzo, I'm quite happy to trade Tyndall for Zo. Zo never had a season that was particularly good, had teams that were boring as hell (the only time they played with any energy/excitement was in last year's tourney), and was doing a poor job recruiting. Tyndall is and will be a good coach and he'll build a good roster once this NCAA stuff passes. I wasn't one pushing Zo out the door but I also wasn't exactly happy with him. The best coaching he ever did was in last year's tourney but 99 percent of his coaching was headscratching - our guys going on scoring run? Quick call time out to cool them off. He was exactly like Dooley in many regards except I truly believe that unlike Dooley, CCM is very good person. However, he has a lot more growing to do as a coach. He's incredibly young.

A number you'd like to get to, but your team did stop. Congrats on your GOAT season this century, though!

He says that like we had a full roster instead of only 7 scholarship players. We would've had a much worse year under CCM. We were lucky to get those 16 wins given our roster situation which was due largely to Cuonzo not recruiting well.

there is no other explanation for you talking shite after win 16 games.

You got me. It was your mom, she sailed all over my dick!

^^ I imagine this is the response you hoped to elicit.

Good luck next year topping tournament win, it would be quite a feat.

quite the contrary, fans of one of the worst teams in the conference showing up to flame a team who won 27 is the ultimate sign of rustleness.

didn't realize we trolled y'all that bad this season

Eh go back to the first page. He starts out by attempting to troll. Seems to me he's just salty because of the loss this evening. What that has to do with us, I don't know but he came in rustled.

well my team just lost, usually not too happy when that happens. you guys may be hardened to it though, to each his own

also it has to do with you because your ilk started the thread. pretty obvious connection here no?

Maybe our sixth sweet sixteen of the 2000s, with our fourth different coach, would be a more appropriate goal.

does your women's program have enough room in the rafters for you guys to put your sweet 16 banners?

Thanks, bro.

I'm sure we will be shooting for tournament win since that seems to be what the elite programs strive for, but only the good lord knows what will happen.

that's quite a few sweet 16's though, surely you snuck a couple final fours in there right? odds would suggest so anyway

What's so funny is I supported your tourney run and had nice things to say at the end of the game thread. No good deed goes unpunished when a salty hog thinks he's on a roll.

That said, since you insist I'm pretty sure most of us know which fanbase is more hardened to losing.

The bottom line here is that very bad coaches like Cuonzo Martin and Stan Heath are capable of making Sweet 16 runs. If I was an Arkansas fan I would be alarmed that Anderson will be entering year 5 at a very solid program with only one NCAA Tourney victory to his name in that time.

GAWD, this poor frick got rolled up like a pig in a blanket ITT. But hey, at least Arky made the tourney. That's pretty good.

Surely your sorry, pathetic arse program has sneaked in a SEC Football Championship in the 25 years you've been in the league, right? The odds would suggest so.

I'm guessing you didn't check the state of the Arkansas basketball program when Anderson took over after John Pelphrey.

So the fact that Arkansas has improved every year, win total and all, means nothing?
