Just working under saban would scare me if i was hiring. i mean i see McElwain getting credit for running bama's offense then this year Kiffin is now this great genius. Same with all of sabans assistants. Id be afraid of K. smart as a coach because we all know who really runs the defense. I mean McElwain did improve CSU but we shall see. Good luck with the hire though!

Florida was Muschamp's first head coaching job. McElwain has at least proven himself as a capable head coach.

I think McElwein is a really good hire for them. Took a bad CSU program back to relevancy. I hope I'm wrong, but I definitely like the hire if I'm a Florida fan.

yeah i guess considering another year with muschamp the alternative then UF made the right choice .
