I doubt he'll miss a snap he isn't planned to have.
If it was the season, it would likely be a different story. But, Saban, like many coaches, doesn't believe in holding on to punishments and addresses the problem now.
Offseason issues get off season punishments.
He may take a hit on reps and position group at fall camp to go along with other actions, but would be surprised if CNS carries a punishment over a month to make a point.
