Would a competent D have helped in a 59-0 type game? I mean it seems you need more than a D at this point?

Yes, well...we also need a sober QB.

When you figure out you have been finessed, both you and Chavis, you guys will be crying in your beer. The best thing Chavis could have done for us, he did, his comments

"I'm excited to play with a great offense."

the best thing he could have ever done for LSU

Saying things that hurt cajun feelings.

Everything gets LSU people butthurt. It's like their inner French takes over and they cry foul when they don't like something. They go from being swamp Beaudrouxs to typical whiny Frenchmen named Pierre who cry for bans. They just can't take it.

I understand you are trolling and you may be satisfied with the results but Id be much more concerned that yall paid 1.7 million to a guy who a decade and half ago with a NC berth on the line let qb draws go up the middle against defense that had both John Henderson and Albert Means at defensive tackle. He then 13 years later lets Dak prescott do it over and over against our defense, then lets Malik Zaire do it in our bowl game.

In aTm 5 losses your offense scored an average of 19 points/game.

In LSU's 8 SEC games also including Wisconsin and ND Chavis's D allowed 22 points/game.

Was the D the whole problem?

And that was with the LSU offense running a ball control offense keeping the D off the field. In the aTm vs LSU game the LSU O possessed the ball for 23 more minutes than the aTm O. That's a TON of time and what I think was the difference in the game.

Fast forward to the Bowl Game. The ND O controlled the ball for 14 more minutes than the LSU O. The D was tired at the end of the game and couldn't put forth that extra effort to stop ND at the end.

Show me a defense that will win games when you get whipped in time of possession like that? aTm runs a no huddle O has the possibility of this happening more frequently.

and yet you posted in a blatantly obvious troll thread.

To an LSU poster. Not to the OP.

Does it not bother you that Chavis couldnt stop a qb draw with Albert Haynesworth and John Henderson? Even this year he repeatedly showed an inability to do so. Just one of many instances where he refuses to change.
