You have become Florida and pushed out your most successful head coach in your history because of your fanbase.
UF fans did the same thing to Spurrier.
Expect a few Ron Zook like seasons in the next few years, a bunch of talent with terrible game day coaching.

Well in all honesty for the last four years ALL other SEC fan bases have been proclaiming a decline for LSU.
We saw the error to our ways and FINALLY realized you were right and are making the change.

Then y'all got Meyer and now Chipmunk Jim. If we get a great coach who stays for a few years and end up with a McElwain within 10 years of firing Les then I'll be ecstatic

If you had Les Miles as a head coach for the last 8 years you would know why we want him fired.. you can't just look at the 110-32 record and just assume he is a great coach cause over half of those wins are against sub par competition... when you get a chance, if he accepts another coaching job, try and watch every game you can with the team he is coaching and you will realize just how stupid, stubborn and how undisciplined and unprepared his team is week in and week out.

I can agree with most of this statement . Stupid , not a chance . He is fixing to walk away with more money then you and the next five generations of your next of kin will ever see . And we have had him for 11 years , not 8 .

I know, right? Some of the luster gets knocked off when the rest of the east has a combined record of 32-35 this season though.
History will forget what a collective dumpster fire the East is this year. UF will just be the east champs.

I know he's been here 11 years.. but his first 3 years he actually looked good with sabans players... but the last 8 years other than the glorious 2011 season has pretty been a complete shite show or disappointment every year.
