Auburn simply made the needed plays and Bama didn`t. You got the feeling that had Bama not left about 10 points on the field in the 2nd quarter that Cam and Auburn would have simply scored the extra 10 points to win 38-37. The other Heisman candidates shouldn`t even bother showing up because there is no way (other than film showing a booster backing up a Brinks truck up to the Newton`s home and shoveling cash onto their front porch) that Cam doesn`t win it.

As for the apology part, let`s just say Friday wasn`t one of my better days. Extreme frustration and alcohol are a bad combo. I was the unbearable jacka## that I so despise and usually apologize to visiting fans for. Totally out of character for me so I felt really guilty the next day. I wasn`t belligerent or trying to start fights or anything like that. However, I was going unprovoked up to Auburn fans here and there and calling them effin cheaters. I usually handle losses really well but totally lost my composure after this one. I would like to apologize to any Auburn fans I may have crossed paths with. Friday has made me re-evaluate my gameday drinking habits. Has anyone else felt crappy about the way they`ve acted at a game?

Btw, did any of the Auburn posters here go the game? You have to admit it was loud as frick in the 1st quarter. The air kinda went out of the crowd with that early 3rd quarter Auburn TD

They played dirty as hell. Did you not see the swinging karate kick that dude did on Julio?

F'em all!

I should have said AT LEAST 10 points which is true. My point was that I think Auburn would have scored just enough regardless

shite happens. Those people won't remember your face in a week. I'm sure another UA fan went up and apologized for you.

You're not. Should have been 35-0 at half.

Right. If we didn't have defenders making great plays. All this crying about how many points Alabama "left" out there is retarded. The dropped TD is the only thing you could point to. The other two turnovers were forced by great plays by Auburn. Add to the fact the refs gave you a free 7 points and really you had more points than you should have.

Yea my in-laws are Bama fans and I keep hearing this. They fail to bring up the 7 pts they gained off of the BS flag that was thrown on Fairley.

If you blow a 24-0 lead you need to shut up and move along.

Well lucky us then. Find a silver lining anywhere you can. Ad for the op

Wouldn't worry about reactions after the game. It's a heated rival and no one was in their right mind after the game.

I was stuck in Hilton Head with family for thanksgiving.

I was impressed with the bama crowd though, looked very loud. Stadium shows GREAT on tv.

That being said.. LINK

Your defense blows.

FYI, refs are not allowed to add points. They can however, throw out unsportsmanlike conduct flags. 90 has gotten away with a bunch in the past and was warned. He ignored it and continued on. Don't be surprised if the same happens in the SECCG. Get your boy in check or accept his penalties.
