I like football more than basketball.

Why are LSU fans the only ones with the stereotype of being drunkards?

Like me and my father before me, my kids give the finger to the opposing team bus. Wish they could shake that bus.

I go out of my way to be friendly and accomodating to opposing fans when they come to my school.

It really ain't half bad. I dated a (very attractive) girl from there and would spend the weekends on her family's boat on like Wheeler or Washington or whatever it's called. Nice lake y'all got.

Yes, because bars are the only places where people can consume alcohol.

Get real. Oxford has perfected the after party (or "late night" as we called it when I was an undergrad).

I hate black people....

[TOTALLY KIDDING. I'm just surprised nobody has tried the "hurrp durp Ole Piss fans are racist" thing up in here. Seems like an easy target.]

Where I do embody the Ole Miss stereotype: I own multiple pairs and styles of loafers. I know how to tie a bowtie. I got my job as a result of my Dad's connections. I do think of myself as being "better" than State fans.

Where I don't embody the Ole Miss stereotype: I'm not conservative, I don't have any problem with diversity whatsoever and rather think that Ole Miss should work harder towards achieving a more diverse campus (even though we're very diverse already), and I don't hate northerners, I just don't like the way they dress, eat, drink, and act, but they're generally good people.

I'm with you totally. It took a few years for me to really "learn" how to drink. Younger Ole Miss alumni (people in their mid-20's) are the real partiers. Undergrads don't know shite.

When I started visiting Ole Miss a lot, I was surprised by how many people there were like this, compared to LSU. I was surprised by how many social-left leaning people were on Ole Miss' campus.
