What are some great shows held at your school's stadium?

HAd several in the coliseum or amphitheater, even Elvis , not sure of any in the stadium, that were full fledged concerts

The main reason no major concerts are held in Kyle is because Jerryworld and NGR Stadium are not far away and hold a similar amount, but they're in cities with over 6 million people each.

Upon some research they played Stegeman in May. The crash happened in October.

This. And that probably applies to a lot of places. A lot of big acts or festivals will contract to put restrictions on venues so that there can't be other major acts that come in right before or after their event.

Vandy's stadium hosted U2 a few years back because LP Field wasn't allowed to host them so close to the CMA festival.

A&M had some big names come to G Rollie back in the day.

Elvis Presley, John Denver, George Strait, Alan Jackson, Jimmy Buffett, Garth Brooks, Willie Nelson, Kris Kristofferson, Steve Miller Band, Elton John, The Eagles, The Supremes, Nat King Cole, Journey, and REM were just a few of the entertainers who played shows there.

back in the day when artists played where the fans were, instead now at some festival you travel to and pay out the arse for. Auburn pretty much had all the same as well

I was a student the last time the Rolling Stones played at Bobby Dodd. It was either 1988 or 1989. I liked their music but mainly went because I figured most of them would be dead within a few years. Guess I was wrong there.

Taylor Swift. No shite. Not a fan, was dragged, but I'll be damned if I said she's not a great performer.

LSU has a 3 day Bayou Country Superfest. Produced by the same company that does Ohio State's Music Fest

Honestly never heard of it, but that looks fricking awesome. What kind of bands come and play?

Trashville Hick Hop country. Last year (2014) they had George Strait and Reba though and that was great. This I think Taylow Swift was the biggest act.
