Tech just had the Stones at Bobby Dodd for the second time. Also had Pink Floyd in 1994, which was amazing. Other notables are Simon and Garfunkle, The Doobie Brothers, Aerosmith, YES, Foreigner, Bob Seger, Jimmy Buffett, Cheap Trick, and Heart.

Georgia had ... Jason Aldean

What are some great shows held at your school's stadium?

Not sure about JHS recently. I know they did a SGA event there over a decade ago with the Beach Boys. Most of the events are held in the basketball arena.

GT has the advantage of being in a metropolitan city that can draw the crowds that support having a concert in a stadium. Nashville/Vandy would have the same built-in advantage.

The Swamp used to host concerts, but hasn't since the 90's. However, some bands have been a part of Gator Growl. The last concert was the Rolling Stones, it has also hosted Bob Dylan, Elton John, The Eagles, etc. For Gator Growl it has largely been major comedians, although the Goo Goo Dolls, Lynyrd Skynard, Steve Miller Band, Foster the People, The Fray are some bands that have recently performed.

They're not my cup of tea either, but to say they suck is insane. Fockers had a 30 yr run....if I could only suck that bad.

I don't remember all.

Walmart used to hold free to the public concerts during shareholders before they moved everything to Bud Walton.

One year Carrie Underwood and Keith Urban were there I know.

Coleman Coliseum used to have them annually. Not sure if BDS has before, but thank god for the new amphitheater.
