I think everyone agrees Florida has an above average defense. They've proven that in the past and return quite a few good players.

The exact same thing can be said about the offenses vs Florida's defense. All those offenses are among the worst in college football.

Kentucky isn't a bad offense, but they are so horrendous on defense that they need to score 50 points a game to even have a chance to win.

How do you figure?
Because they scored less on Southern Miss than Troy, or because they ran up the score on a team that couldn't keep the combined might of UTEP and New Mexico from averaging 35 points a game on them?
UK will likely be shut out by Alabama in two weeks. It won't mean Alabama's defense is awesome, any more than UF shutting down means much at this time for them.
If/when UF shuts down FSU, then they can claim to be legit. That said, that might be the softest batch of offenses any P5 team will face all year. When Arkansas has the second most potent offense you'll go against...
