Creighton - located in Omaha - appeared in the College World Series in 1991. Brian O'Connor, the current Virginia Cavs coach, was on that team. I think the statue out front of the stadium in Omaha is of that particular Creighton team. Outside of their 91 appearance (they eventually lost to Wichita State), they've not been back.
There are only 31 teams out of D1's 299 schools that have won the CWS. Consider what an honor it is to be in that very small but successful club. Proud my MS Bulldogs are among them!

We don’t have a good enough lefty starter to throw at LSU. Our pitching did decent first time around. Problem with Skenes is that 1 run could be enough

Why do you think you need a lefty starter?
LSU has a .305 batting average against lefties. That’s the best in the conference and a higher average than anyone's (sans LSU) overall team BA

If LSU faces Florida again, it would be a rematch of the 2017 CWS finals. The Gators won their first title then, so LSU likely would have revenge as an extra incentive.

I can’t figure out the alter situation for the tenner fans. I know the one guy that was bigdickrick is the same as the guy who always had a military related name and is follow the science. They have the worst grammar I’ve ever seen. Then there’s basevols and serraneaux who uses correct grammar. I don’t think they’re all the same person unless serraneaux fakes bad grammar sometimes.
I think it’s two or three different guys with three or so alters a piece. The guy with bad grammar was the old poster crunch , I believe.
I do know for a fact if you see a poster saying “ I seen where this happened “ it’s the guy named bigdickrick

None of those people are associated with me. Someone is hellbent on making Tennessee fans look bad by starting all of those fake accounts. Nothing I can do about it/not my issue, but it doesn't make it less annoying.

That was 6 years ago. The players on the team now aren’t going to be affected by that. LSU fans, maybe. The players on the team kicked Florida’s arse when they played last season and the series was very chippy. I think Florida players would have more of an axe to grind TBH.
