Yes would stop supporting my team

No season tickets

No donations

Would not watch a game or read anything about them

I totally agree with the freedom of expression and encourage any person to freedom of speech and peaceful protest. This is what our forefathers wanted and fought to pass down to our generation and what we should preserve.

I also have the right to choose how I enjoy my time and my choice would be a private protest to not watch college football or any sport that allows the athletes to protest during the national anthem.

By the way I have not watched a NFL play in 3 years, not even the super bowl.

But this is just me and do not care or judge any person who wants to support their team if college athletes Kneel during the anthem

It won't happen. Not at this level anyway.

Now when you start getting into black colleges such as Grambling, Jackson St. Alcorn St. North Carolina A & T... you may see this nonsense.

They don't legally get paid so boycotting wouldn't make a difference. If you want to hurt them then share the photos online and boycott the NFL.

You didn’t stop supporting your team through players raping your student body, felonies and untold numbers of shady practices, but someone takes a knee and you are calling it quits, hilarious.

Every single competitive college team is at least 70% black. Do you think those players are mostly republican? No, the majority of those athletes support BLM. Just look at their twitter and Instagrams. But you don’t care. You still support your colors.

Football is mindless entertainment, don’t act like you really care. You’ll be back and so will I. If you support your college team because they represent what you believe in then go root for a Christian school like SMS or Baylor...Oh wait that’s 2 of the shadiest programs ever.

Football is a religion and there is 1 ultimate dogma that binds the fans and that’s wins.

They're exercising their constitutional rights and it doesn't bother me. We won't be able to have an open discussion about this because people can't rationalize through offsetting emotions.

I have the constitutional right to keep and bear arms. Would you be ok with me bringing a weapon, say one of those evil mean looking assault rifles to the game? After all, it is my constitutional right.

Every right has restrictions.

You have the right to vote. You don't have the right to vote 1000 times in the same election

Sure I do. My point is that there is a time and a place for everything. If you want to exercise your "rights" you're free to do them but not in every location....

Traditionally, the teams are not on the field during the national anthem. At LSU I am 99% sure that they are not on the field for the anthem and this has always been the case. In high school, I don't recall ever being on the field for the national anthem.

Was listening to Bobby Hebert the other day and he was saying that up until 2009 NFL teams were still in the locker room or just coming out of the locker room during the national anthem.

This thing of having teams out during the national anthem is a new activity because when the DoD decided to increase its advertising budge for NFL games, one of the things they wanted was for the players to be on the sidelines while it was being played

Had premature submission issues. Exactly. And you can't vote on Wednesday after the election at some other polling location. There is a time and a place. Protesting so called "social justice" during the national anthem at a football game is neither the time nor the place. What could be more "just" than be given the opportunity to get a good education that you likely could not otherwise afford, regardless of your skin color, simply because you can play a game?
