Also, my signature is comprised of new modernist designs approved for Fayetteville recently, but at least they are from highly-regarded architects. They're still kinda WTFy.

Nice very nice. Its possible with all of these gorgeous facilities you guys move up to 4th place in the west this year.

No matter how nice i dont see you moving LSU, Auburn or Alabama out of the pecking order

If I posted all of the construction projects happening right now in CS it would be a 10+ page thread.

Do it. I love development pron.

Here's the new professional live theatre building that just broke ground two blocks off Dickson St, by Marvel Architects, NYC:

That's nice and all, but it doesn't exactly scream Tailgating and pregame experience. That's too commercial imo.

I agree. It's nice enough but has no college feel to it. Looks like where your stereotypical Dallas blue shirt/black pants crowd would frequent.

Will they have poolside yoga at C-Stat-SoDoPa?

They have it at this place that just opened in far north Fayetteville, wedged between a movie theater and some fields.

Congrats but frankly there is nothing about College Station that screams "premiere luxury experience"

I wish we could keep buildings to a certain height but there is just too much demand and money being thrown around. I'd say the development on University Avenue alone is approaching $1 billion since the beginning of 2016.

College Station has had rooftop pool yoga for years.

The big thing now in town is building surf and wakeboard parks at apartment complexes

Most of ours have just been on the city bike trail system (which is phenomenal), convenient to the bars. Pools, roofdecks, all that shite.

aggy was just as giddy when they finally got all their dorms fully air conditioned. That was 10 years ago and what started the era of aggy calling themselves "rich." Evidently aggy thinks having air conditioning is only for rich folks.

Their definition of "high class" is their dream of building a retaining pond next to their stadium. Lol.

aggy is surrounded by four of the 11 most populous cities in the nation. Not only does no one want to move to College Station, they can't even get their own alumni to stay there after graduation.

Are you bragging about chain restaurants? That is as Texas as it gets.

Where do you store the jizz jars?

They don't store them. They burn them on a bonfire in a cult ritual.

And that's not even a joke. Read Texas Monthly, and not just for the BBQ list.

There is, in some cases, years worth of jizz in there though. They need to be stored somewhere in the meantime, and that somewhere is in the refrigerator at precisely 34 degrees
