Reasonable request. I was planning on rooting for Charleston anyway.

I suspect AU will have more fans out there. Energy is pretty low with Alabama losing 4 of the last 6.

That's easy. Charleston is one of my favorite cities in the world anyway.
Hell, as an AU Alum you root for Hamas over Bama.

Other than the few random locals who happen to pull for one these teams how many true fans do you really think are making this last minute trip to Spokane from Alabama (3 teams LOL), South Carolina, Connecticut, Southern California, and Phoenix? Might be one of the sites with the least energy this year. I guess St Mary’s is somewhat close in Northern California but truly Spokane is just a terrible site for this.

Smart move.
It's insane that three of the teams from Alabama were send to Spokane, though.

Spokane will be dead. Way too damn far out there.

That’s our (CofC) radio guy. Why the hate? CofC wins straight up in a shootout. Highest over set for a NCAA match in almost 30 years.

Everrett is one of the truly great persons who has ever lived. His sister gave him a kidney when he needed a transplant. If Alabama wins the game, he will give them all the praise they rightly deserve. The thing about recruiting Auburn fans is a slight dig at his former co-host Bobby Hartin who roots for Alabama when he’s not rooting for his alma mater (South Carolina).

I’ll root for a Patriot missile before rooting for either of those awful choices.

I didn’t know this and that’s awesome. Yeah Everett is an amazing person.

3-6 on 98.9FM. Bobby is a legend, but also a stuttering fool . Keep in mind he was a male cheerleader at USC. His total lack of local sports attention is depressing. The new producer is so much more knowledgeable and brings so much more to the table than ole Crown Royal Bobby.

I have a daughter at CoC. When I saw they made the tourney, I considered taking her to the game...then saw it was in Spokane.
Nope.
Nope.

I’m surprised that we’re discussing Charleston sports radio on tRant! Yeah, I’m liking Anderson a lot…but him never having a fried pork chop does bother me!

I have lived in Charleston 40 years now. When I first got here, the only college who had better looking coeds than CofC was Ole Miss. Those days are long gone, and I’m a grandpa now! Luckily, my oldest granddaughter wants to attend The Citadel (and that’s going to have a whole set of future problems!)
