We're only slightly tortured and at the same time tortured only because we do our best to adhere to the rules while others around us are such blatant cheating scum.
You just listed the three cleanest programs in the conference, of all the programs with high expectations. We're the saints of the SEC for the most part.
Didn't Holtz get you put on probation? Isn't your football program on probation right now?

No LSU? WTF? They're the only team in the history of sports to never legitimately lose a game... it's always because of Florida, refs, Florida, the schedule, Florida, wet grass, Florida, the SEC HQs being in Birmingham, Florida, Nick Saban leaving for greener pastures, etc. How is that not torture?

We were sacrificial lambs in both cases, totally innocent of the trumped-up charges brought against us.
I mean, come onnnnnnn ... Holtz's violations were for providing too much tutoring to student-athletes and he went over practice limit times during the offseason by a few minutes. Who's not guilty of that?
And we're coming off probation now because an overzealous hotel manager gaves special consideration to some football players ... which, btw, he also afforded many honor students as well.
In both cases we were cited for lack of institutional control ... but that was bullshite. Neither time did the coaching staffs know the violations where occurring.
Honestly, you really don't want to start comparing infractions over the years. Seriously. We're squeaking clean compared to most.

Their split national title they shared with Colorado in 1990?
Not even legit.
They were the only undefeated team in the country in 1990 (with one tie) and would have won it outright had the refs not given Colorado a fifth down against Missouri.

Good to know gators aren't tortured by losing to UGA for three straight (let alone getting punked by Georgia Southern in their own stadium ).
Good thing as they are going to have to get used to it.

The Gators have also played for, and won, multiple national championships in my lifetime. The last time Georgia played for a national title, I was still five years away from being born.

And now they happily accept mediocrity (or something approaching it). Good for them!

I don't think anyone can argue best fans.
Every team in the SEC sans Vandy and MSU can say they have the best women.

As a GT guy I absolutely refuse to feel sorry for UGA.
And yet, you are smart enough to use Auburn as your team moniker.

However, TAMU hasnt done squat either. Consider the talent they have had in the last 3-4 years alone. Multiple top offensive Line draft picks. A heisman trophy and superior NFL caliber WR's. Yet no real success.
Yet we are happy as a pig in shite for all the attention. Its not us.

Yeah, yeah, yeah....you had a streak. We had a streak. Then you had a streak before that and we had a streak before that. Tell me...what's the series record, again?

Ummmm....could it be because we haven't played there?
As long as you are happy with a FBS school taking it out on you....hey. I'm good with it if you are.
