It really is pretty stupid.

I noticed we got 35 votes this time whereas last week we only had 6. Guess that win over Troy showed those coaches something. but

On the other hand, we got 68 votes in last weeks AP poll and are #24 today.

No way to know that at this point.
Their shitty conference/opponents will continue to hurt them.

Long as they keep doing idiotic stuff like that, I will continue to assert that the opinion polls are idiotic.
They actually have proof that one team is better than the other, they played a game head to head, yet the winner continues to be ranked 5 places below the loser.
So idiotic.

Also, kind of crappy that Missouri got jumped for having a bye week, even though the team that beat them won this weekend, while Oregon not only isn't penalized by their conqueror getting beaten by an interim coached team, but actually jumps ahead of another team that won.
Guess I shouldn't be all that concerned with Clemson getting jumped, considering I would be extremely pissed if the team that got beat 51-14 at home was ranked in the top 5...

Coaches poll is worthless. Glad this is the last year of that shite. Ole Miss should definitely be in the top 25.

Did you not watch the game? Met had his worst game of the year. Defense was complete crap. Amazing it took a last second fg for y'all to pull the win. Maybe 9 out of 10 is the right ratio.

Most coaches don't think so.

Actually, over the last 6 you've only won 3 against Ole Miss. Sucks for you.

I know, had we not had 2 fumbles and a low line drive FG attempt blocked, we would have blown yall out.

525 of O and held yall to 114 on the ground. Enjoy the snowcone.
