I gotta say Les Miles. He has lost a ton of fan support over the last two years.

Richt's is pretty hot right now too he grew a pair and fired Martinez, but the whole not bagging Kirby thing looked real bad for a program like UGA. The new DC has got to be an instint improvement because the athletes are there.

You can say it is Miles, but it very unlikely he will get fired next year.

Now that he is out of Saban's players and Saban has a roster full of his own at UA, it's obvious who was responsible for the majority of LSU's success last decade.

Miles has to win 9-10 or he is done.

one game ruined his whole reputation. The funny thing is the Ravens pissed away a game in similar fashion the very next game and weren't criticised at all.

WTF? Outside of the Co-DC decision he has not been bad at hiring coaches.

He did win a NC which is something that Mark Richt has never done with his insane talent.

He fricking won the BCSNC in his thrid year just like Saban did recently at Alabama. So if Saban is credited for the Bama roster and NC so is Miles dumb gump.

Also if it is a coaches third year that means only 4th and 5th year guys from our NC had any connection to Saban. It is pretty ridiculous to think he deserves the credit for their development since almost all were buried on his depth chart at the time he was at LSU.

I hope they keep Miles around for the comedic value.

I can honestly say, I do not know what to think about Les Miles right about now. I do know one thing though. He can really prove himself this coming up season. Our schedule is going to be tough, but can actually be very exciting if we become a good team, and Les Miles proves us wrong. There is not one single sign of anything getting better for us though. I am only optimistic cautiously because of his luck and it seems to go a long way with him. Something tells me he will quiet the criticism for a short time, but, us being LSU fans, can only be happy for so long before rumblings will start again. This next season is going to be very interesting.

The Saban's player theory is total bullshite. Is Bama going to give Shula a NC ring? Saban is winning with his players. frick off hillbilly.

saban's bama teams got better with each decrease in shula players. miles teams got worse with each passing class of saban players.

you do the math. you already have. you just dont want to admit it.

To be objective, Bama team was down before Saban arrived and had a better probability of getting better. On the other hand, LSU was a good team and had a better probability of getting worse.

Miles has demonstrated horrible clock management in the past it just never bit him. The Auburn 2007 game where he threw a pass and were it not caught LSU loses that game, he stated after the game he thought he had more time or some BS.

He threw JJ under the bus saying he didn't tell him to spike the ball when videos show him saying spike the ball.

He's taken a team with massive talent that should rarely have close games and has a lot of close games with them.

he needs to hire some solid coaches for his staff but I don't see that happening I think he'll be out the question is when.

If Les wins 8 games, the support staff is toast.

If Les wins 7 or less, he is gone as well.

With the budget cuts and belt tightening, the university cannot afford to lose grip on the cash cow.........and keeping Les after a 7 win season will cause noticable drops in revenue.

I like Les, but see this as a realistic scenario. I would LOVE to see in post a STRONG 10+ win season where the team had solid performances and solid/consistent coaching. I still support the man and hope for the best.
