This is a true statement. If C34 is actually gone, the revenue will drop. Shotgun, PoliHack and others will keep it going; however it was the sensational stories from C34 that kept people coming back.
Someone may step up and take his place, time will tell. The site itself was known for the anti-Ole Miss stance and attracted MSU fans that craved that information. If that dries up with lack of factual and false information some may return to their original homes.
GenesPage was the standard for years and SPS was another outlet for people that did not fall inline with Gene's Nazi ways.
Of course there is always tRant. We welcome all here even transvestites from Shreveport, homosexuals from College Station and rapist from Tennessee.

I think ED will be fine. SPS is a great board, but there's more OT talk than actual miss state sports. ED will continue to be the best state board for actual sports' talk. C34's absence will hurt ED in the offseason though

I agree that's a good site, but not a free forum. ED certainly has its crazies and trolls, but it's hard to beat these guys' info for free: Ifyouonlyknew (recruiting), steakonastick (baseball), JOHNHEVESYMADE (basketball), Homedawg (football)
