Clemson reminding South Carolina why it's the premier football program

South Carolina has always been a shitty program for as long as I can remember, but Spurrier elevated that dumpster fire to heights never before seen in program history. (a couple 10 win seasons) Clemson is now the higher ranked program, and Dabo apparently can't get Jesus tickets to the Notre Dame game this weekend due to high ticket demand. South Carolina will you be able to sell out your game against the flagship program in South Carolina?

If Dabo has Clemson winning 10 and 11 games every year, imagine what he could do at Alabama. The Bama AD is a moron if he doesn't hire Dabo as soon as Saban retires.

I'm sorry but, when did Clemson ever leave that role?

Isn't it weird when Missouri fans talk shite? I just imagine a guy in a hoodie drinking a "pop" through a straw and head bobbing the whole time he typed this

Good point, never let Steve Spurrier cloud your judgment

That's the impression that I get.
Clemson has a really decent shot this year to do some big things.
Got ND and FSU for home games ... and the rest of the sked is manageable.

How many times does Missouri have to beat this shitty football program in Oxford ?

Meh, for my lifetime we are something like 13-17 against Clemson, not exactly domination on their part.
Also, be reminded their national championship was followed by some heavy probation, the death penalty was invented because of Clemson.
But what does any of this have to do with Mizzou?

Dabo = Richt. 10-11 games every year and never will win anything significant. And he plays in the damn ACC. The SEC would kill him. I hope that's Bama's choice after Saban.

Do you remember our 3 11 win seasons? Or do you only remember back to 2014.
Historically, sure we're not good.

bama fans i've talked to seemed pretty disgusted at the idea of dabo getting that job.

Clemson is a lot tougher of a job than Alabama. Clemson hadn't had a 10 win season in 20 years before Swinney took over and brought them back to relevance. I realize the ACC is weaker than the SEC, but so is every other conference. So unless they steal another proven SEC coach, they're going to have to take somewhat of a gamble. Dabo seems like a very small gamble.

quote:That had to do with Kevin Steele's shitty defense and him not shutting him mouth form 2012-2014. I would actually like him now. At least the offense would be decent. If we can keep the recruiting in the top 5, top 10 range and contend I would be happy.

He's all-in, he'd never leave.
Joking, but half serious. He has the Clemson fan base pretty brainwashed...
