Brother, I hate to be the one to break the news, but the Alabama fans aren't the only ones downvoting your posts.

Northwestern had an investigation. Their own investigator concluded that Fitzgerald had no knowledge of the situation and had nothing to do with the situation.
All parties seemed satisfied with that until the backlash from the media.
I know they will cite that they should have known.
I'm sure their are a lot of parents that are glad they are not in jail for what they should have known about their kids.

A Bama fan trying to equate hazing with an actual murder is not what I had on my Bingo card today but the Rant always keeps you in your toes with surprises.

I really don't want to defend any fans of anyone but id argue that this hazing is sexual assault, and with that comes trauma. Murder is still worse because the victim is dead, but with SA that trauma doesnt go away so it in itself is pretty bad and can lead to suicide.
not saying that will happen, and not saying it is that severe, but SA depending on the individual can be really bad. Id say for the hockey girls its probably bad enough to mess with them for life.
just my .02

Clay is fricking insufferable
He is no better than any other talking head on the major sports networks. He just leans conservative.

The difference here is everyone did wait until the evidence came out on Brandon Miller. The initial incident happened a while before everyone started flipping out over it.
I haven’t paid much attention to the NW thing but from my understanding some initial stuff came out. They did an investigation and slapped him on the wrist. Now more anonymous sources are coming out. So we still don’t know what really happened.
You can debate the merits of whether to call Miller a POS or not but we do know what happened. That’s the clear difference here.

Because NW was trying to get away with the situation and was just hopeful it would go away quietly. They were fighting for the head coach. The truth was the 11 players made it clear during the 6-month investigation that the coach did know. There are reports that a whiteboard in the locker room detailed planned hazing, but Northwestern can't officially find evidence the coach was aware of the abuse. After the backlash, they can see the light.
The coach will naturally sue because he is gone with CAUSE. I'm sure he will want his money.

This is absolutely false. The evidence didn’t come out until a local journalist from Northport, Alabama reported on the actual surveillance footage that nobody else had seen. By that point, every pundit, fan, and casual observer of college basketball had crucified Brandon Miller for being an “accessory to murder,” which we now know was not remotely close to being accurate.
Of course, I don’t recall a single person here or in the media saying, “hey… we were wrong.”
