If he hadn't fully recovered and returned back as UGA #1RB, it would be tacky.

As it is, it's pretty tame.

At one time it would have been considered a sign of low character to mock an injury incurred in an amateur sporting event, even after the fact. Unfortunately the internet seems to have raised casual incivility to the standard of behavior. I see we have plenty of devotees on this board, most of whom will never make the connection to the problems headed their way.

This is also bullshite. The DKEs I posted about, back before the internet popularity have been doing their banners

They even put up the banner about A&M and Lincoln logs. I don't condone it but it ain't the internet that made people classless

I didn't say that the internet invented low character, just that it made it acceptable. Hence the near unanimous responses in this thread. Or the common response of labeling anything to which you disagree (or more likely misunderstand) as "bull shite".

Yeah because we all know that society has become less sensitive nowadays

Those damn snowflakes just aren't sensitive enough!

Yeh I think this is about as wrong as a human can be on something

Back in the day, people would have said they are assholes and moved on

In the internet days, they will find those students, make them give a public apology, and maybe even kick them out of school
