New Orleans hasn't had a republican governor since 1872. Current mayor Latoya "the destroya" Cantrell is one of the worst mayors of any city in the country and certainly one of New Orleans' all-time worst.

NOLA's potholes.

Hell , it's not just potholes big enough to
hold the bodies of a couple of drunks but the sidewalks in New Orleans
are potential killers. Just returned from N.O.
the other day and if you don't keep your eyes peeled every
step , you have a face plant destiny.

And so are NOLA's potholes.

Those are the only history the city has left

Not sure your intent here or the source of your data, but the STL figure is very misleading. The CITY of St. Louis is independent of St. Louis COUNTY (one of the very few well-known cities independent of the counties named after them - Baltimore being the other).

St. Louis CITY urban population is about 286k
Metropolitan St. Louis is approximately 2.8 million

Accordingly, stats that don’t include the metropolitan area eg. crime stats are wildly misleading. I suspect that is what’s going on with your source.

The other question I have would be do your figures include the $790 million that dickhead Stan Kroenke was ordered to pay the area for moving the Rams?
