Guice has yet to get a carry past the 9 minute mark in the 3rd qtr.......

What about Chubb?

No, we are melting that Chubb was way better (and so was gurley) but then got his leg snapped in half (gurley tore his all) and is still an elite rb, but not where he would/could be

Why did this happen to both of them, frick

He hasn't broken anything long so far this season. Not sure if it's the OL, scheme, or him but it's not clicking yet

IMO it's Canada's scheme that forces defenses to not stack the box and we settle for the 4 to 8 yard run but limits the breakaway runs. It's a trade off that I think any offense would take.

I know it's early but anyone can see Notre Dame is much better than BYU this year.

Defensively? Because that's what is essentially being compared.

Chubb - 28 carries 159 yards 2 TDs

Guice - 42 carries 224 yards 4 TDs

obviously they are looking very similar from an efficiency standpoint and Chubb splits carries with Sony Michelle, but I think the edge goes to Guice given that his average goes with 14 more carries. Basically he had 14 more opportunities to lessen that YPC. He also had 14 more tries to raise it too.

Both are good, I'll take the hometown favorite.

Guice might be better than Fournette, albeit extremely different types of backs. Fournette is amazing but so is Guice, who's to say he won't be better?

It's a joke, not a dick. Don't take it so hard.

Well, one struggled at home with a 1AA school and the other blew out Temple.

I don't know why we go through all of this every year. they are all great backs.

Fournette, Gurley, Chubb and Guice (In no particular order)

They are all excellent.

Guice didn't even play the whole second half of the game

Nice try though

The question was who had a better team. Stop being so defensive.

Georgia fans are still melting that LF7 was better than their superstar Chubb so they had to slide down to #2 on our roster and still can't win

Chubb is a great back. Won't deny it.

But If Guice stayed in 4 quarters in the last two games, our run attack would have worn them out. I guarantee Guice would've taken off for big gains once or twice.

Does that mean he's better? No. It's means we're 2 games in. Strap in, we've got a long season ahead of us. If both of our team are legit, maybe we'll meet in Atlanta in a few months (A guy can dream).
