Also, why is everyone making a big deal about 4 marginal players coming back? 4 players who may have not lived up to their rankings felt a need to hold a press conference. I guess their egos were hurt that they couldn't stand having a losing record to Tech.

Little brother school is doing little brother things.

Agree. Could be 3-0 against the SEC East. GT played against Clemson, VT and UNC who were all ranked...

Pretty disingenuous to use UNC as an example, considering UGA played them this season (while they were ranked) and UGA won.

Go look at our 2013 class and tell me recruiting wasn't a problem.

Yeah that "bad" class brought down your whole program

Maybe if UGA was that good of a program to begin with, one class couldn't supposedly do so much damage?

Only UGA fans can complain about the number 12 class in the country supposedly being the reason you are bad

Is reading that hard for you? You didn't even look at the names on the 2013 list, so you remain clueless about the quality of what remained from it. At least try to appear not like an idiot next time.

I don't know if it's phan or not, doesn't seem quite as fanatical.

For a while I've thought it was a tech fan, but I mean if it was a techie why wouldn't they just be a regular tech fan like the others on here?

Usually phan can't control himself and shows his cards within a few days. It could be one of that crazy florida fans alters, master of sinaju or whatever has made like 10 of em

Because I don't have to. If you are getting that good of a class, your program is either:

a) not developing talent
b) misusing talent
c) terrible at scouting
d) having terrible discipline problems
and the most likely choice e) all of the above

No one should ever complain about the players when you are getting a class in the top 20. Period. Blame Richt all you want, 247 still has you as the 6th most talented team in the country this year

We were bad because our OL sucked dick, we had a true freshman QB, a first year coach, and like 6 seniors.

The 2013 class was disastrous because they're mostly all gone.

Sort of reminds me of when Cadillac and Ronnie chose to stay for 2004. Hoping it's like when Thomas and Dansby decided to stay for 2003.

They were both healthy this year and UGA had one of the worst offenses at that program in decades.

No they weren't. If you don't know what you are talking about, it is generally best not to talk.

Chubb's injury takes at LEAST one year to recover from....and Michel started the year off with a broken arm.

Dude. You need to find an ACC board so what you DON'T know will allow you to fit in better.

In 2010 UGA had an Oline with an average size comparable to most NFL teams and lost to Boise St. whats your point?

Only we didn't play Boise in 2010. Other than that we can all telly you know exactly what you are talking about.

A healthy Chubb could be the first back taken in the draft next year. Smart move by him.

If you removed the players who never stepped on campus or who got kicked out or transferred, that is not even a top 25 class.

That stuff matters to a program and the cupboard becomes bare.
We had a gap with the senior class this year that had no talent on it or leadership. It showed

And, Fournette will be the first taken this year. The SEC has the best RBs.

You can make anything look good or bad when you start putting stipulations on it. If you are signing the top tier guys, the recruiting itself isn't the problem, what happens afterwards is.
