Yes indeed, the "platted" part of Norman township is flat. Not quite pancake flat... but close.
However, Norman is one of those towns which city limits are vast compared to the part that is densely developed...
And if you go east of the developed part of Norman... it is NOT flat. It is seriously hilly and wooded. You will know you are there when you see the abandoned trailers and hear the banjo players but cannot see them.

My vote is both TU and OU have a probationary first football season before having the luxury to retreat to their safe space to weep and stroke peeni.
