Truthfully, and you know this as well, the bama stuff has not come back strong until after saban got there

I bought Auburn season tickets in 2009. Four seats. Bought them right off the Auburn website. No donation, no waiting list. That's how enamored your fan base was with your precious little team and how much confidence you had in Gene Chizik his first year.

Five out of six don't even do it today you fricking liar. I'd say the Alabama vs. Auburn fanbase is about 70-30 within the state. It's usually the on the verge bandwagoners (mostly women) that by all the gear in the times when teams are up.. most of them will still claim they are fans of said team when that team isn't winning, they just don't go on shopping sprees or care as much.

Every team has them, call them bandwagoners or not... those people just don't care as much about football as others do. But they'd still claim to be a bama or whatever fan in the down years.

I would say, in all sincerity, that I truly believe more than 75% of Auburn fans are not band wagoners. We do have some. I just think bama has a much much higher percentage.

We have a substantially larger fan and alumni base and are considered a traditional football power. This stands to reason. I don't debate any of it.

But to characterize an entire fanbase is folly no matter the reason. I don't do it with Auburn fans and don't find it unreasonable to expect the same civility in kind.

No. It's known for being a redneck shithole.

That's where my Dad grew up. He joined the service, fought in the Korean war, then went to Auburn. He was recruited by the CIA but did not want to have a family life like that. However, he did go to work for the Govt. in a different capacity. His IQ is genius level. That is one person Adamsville produced. I can guarantee you that your pathetic life can not match that.

Well, bear was like 19-6 against auburn. Like I said, late in Dye's career most of the bama fans either disappeared or were ashamed to fly their colors.

Nice try, dumbass. Bull fricking shite. If you're father did happen to grow up in Adamsville, if he was anything remotely approaching a genius, he sure as hell didn't stay in Adamsville...certainly not long enough for you to pop out.

Joining the SEC was a mistake just because it cost us our 2-1 lead over y'all in the series

If you can read, I said I was born in Florida. My family is from Alabama, I am not. I was born and raised on the redneck riviera.

ETA and none of us have even seen Adamsville since the early 90's when my Grandma passed away. However, I do know some of my Dad's nieces and nephews who grew up there and have had extremely successful lives and careers.

Sorry, I don't know where that is. Again, I grew up in Florida. I went to Adamsville twice a year growing up. The last time I was there was in the early 90's. I grew up around 'noles and gators.
