Check in if you had more than 100 people attend your National Championships celebration the last 30 years.

Does that make him less of a coach than Sumlin with his chronic underachieving?

Not really. According to AU24 our coach has 4 national Championships.

You got this confused with the "Check in if your program is a complete dumpster fire." thread.

If you told me Auburn had more than 35k I would call you a liar, the place was as empty as I have ever seen it for any game, ADay or otherwise.

Serious question: Were tickets free? Some schools charge, some don't.

I was there and I hadn't been in Sanford Stadium since 1994.

For awhile I thought we were never going to find parking.

Ohio State charges $5 per ticket(free to students and children under 6 I believe). That money is normally all donated to local charities, but I'm not sure if that was the case again this year or not. It could have been placed into an Urban Heart Care HSA this go around.

You know nothing about AU stadium history. The old Bowl held 60K, A-day had both sides full and some in both endzones. 45k was a conservative estimate for their game.

So basically 93,000 people in and around Athens had nothing better to do Saturday. I guess Lake Lanier and Stone Mountain gets old after awhile.

I wonder how many people attending the spring game even stay till halftime. They think it's so awesome because it's been over 3 months since their team's played. Then they realize it's just a scrimmage with confusing rules. And half the people playing are 12th stringers who won't even see the field when their team is beating an OOC patsie by 63 points with 2 minutes left in the game.

Well The Masters were last weekend, the Braves are out of town, and the weather was perfect for the G Day game at 4 and the baseball game against USCe at 6.

Plus, spending a Saturday in a city like Athens beats just about any day anywhere else. Stone Mountain and Lake Lanier? What kind of soccer mom tourists do you take us for?

Nope. Just took 3 of Bama's coaches, asked people to show up, and set an SEC record for spring game attendance
