TV revenue, good bowl games, a chance at a team slipping up (this year not many did). Lots of reasons, sorry your season got ruined in week 2 though.

It would be really funny to see if Ryan Day keeps his job if he loses to Michigan a 4th time in a row, this time in the national championship. Can you imagine being fired for losing a national championship.

Lol right, but remember Harbaugh lost to tOSU 5 times in a row, then canceled the presumed 6th loss, and remained employed.
