This Ole Miss team is reminding me of a bizzaro 2004 State team. No offense (04 State) vs no defense (12 OM). They'll go 4-8, beating Tulane and somebody they had no business in beating (04 Florida for State). I'm going to say Georgia or A&M. A&M because they're the newbs, or Georgia because Richt sharts the bed every once in awhile. Them beating Georgia would make reading the Rant entertaining that weekend. The meltdown would be epic.

Not a bad analysis. Our offense is much better than the 04 State teams and the 04 States defense was much better than ours is. I think if we beat UGA or A&M we will beat Vandy as well putting us at 5.

Too much wool for a team that scored 24 offensive points vs Texas- and 14 of it was when the game was out of hand. Hell, you ran the kickoff back against back-ups also.

He got beat the frick up by as physical a defense we will face other than Bama and maybe UGA. That was also the first time he's ever seen the speed. State fans seem to think this offense will get worse for some reason when high tempo offenses get better as the season progresses. As I said earlier our tempo is much slower than it will be and our timing isn't there yet.

We moved the ball up and down on Texas' first team defense. We didn't score any garbage points and our Offense is rated higher than yours after playing a tougher 3 games. What's your excuse for that

Auburn and Troy are better than Directional Arkansas and a beat-up UTEP that was missing their stud TB. But Texas was solid- they may finish in the top 15 this year when all is said and done

This rivalry is about to get insane. Even though OM got its shite pushed in state fans can feel that we are improving thus shitting in every OM thread they can. Heaven forbid we get excited because of our team is head and shoulders better coached, organized, conditioned, and playing harder

I thought we were talkin about offense? How was Uteps defense beat up? Are you trying to say Uteps defense is worse than Troys?
Samething for UCA. Their team is much better than JSU's. So we have face three better defenses than you have faced yet have put up better offensive numbers. So once again what is your excuse that our O is rated higher after playing better defenses?

We average more yards, passing, and rushing. Points when you have pick 6's against JSU don't mean shite. Our O has out produced yours after playing better defenses. I'm not even trying to say our O is better than yours. I'm just defending our O against Da Coon's snide remarks
