Yep, declined to the tune of LSU having won more games than anyone else in the SEC over the 10 years that Les has been there.....declined to the 2011 season, seven years after Saban left, to the best team in LSU's history.
You would KILL to have the seasons LSU has had from 2011 to current.....what you call decline is something you can't come close to. You do realize that since 2011, LSU is 23-9 in the SEC right? How's Ole Miss fared during that decline period for LSU? LMAO.....unbelievable.

I agree with you....frick the fact that LSU has beaten you what, 10 out of the last 13 meetings? or something like that....and the fact that LSU has won 5 division titles in 14 years....and you have NEVER won won........I won't even go to SEC Titles. Maybe one day, you can get to where big brother is (State) and actually make it to Atlanta......
All kidding aside, given your accomplishments, I agree with you....Ole Miss is definitely a power in the SEC......frick the hardware and actual accomplishments...we are talking about the eye test here......lol. Good luck guy......very bright future.

Go look at some rankings.....they might have had I year. They didn't even do it in their best year last season.

Honest question, where do you put the Ole Miss program compared to the other SEC teams. It sounds to me like you think they are on the same level with LSU, or possibly, in your mind, ahead of LSU. It's unbelievable to me. The thing is, you guys ACTUALLY BELIEVE that.
If I were an Ole Miss fan, I'd take this stand: "We are improving and hope to be able to compete for a SEC W title soon and hope to get ourselves to the level of Alabama/LSU/Auburn at some point in the future".........
Instead....we are elite....that is how you view yourselves...despite your best season in 50 years being a 3 loss season. Unbelievable.

If you want me to tell you how we view ourselves when compared against LSU.....I don't consider you in a different tier.
7 years is a pretty damned good time to judge how a program is doing. Something that happened 30 years ago doesn't really have any bearing on this season. The fact that we're basically split with you guys over the past 7 seasons either says something about us or something about you. I'll let you figure that out but I will say that it also includes 2 of our worst seasons in the history of our program....
