Today they did Mississippi, and some guy said the 1999 Mississippi State team was the greatest Mississippi team ever. He also said Croom was the best coach.

You must not realize how awesome that team was.
He was saying Croom was the best coach FOR the state of Mississippi because of its racist past.

King made a reference of how the 1999 MSU team was the best in the "MODERN ERA". The 1999 State team had a lot of solid players who made the NFL.

Not everyone does...that is just it...if LSU claimed all there's they would have 8, hence my sig line...
and the recognized National titles are the AP, UP/UPI (Coaches Poll) and the BCS which Ole Miss has none of those...
