I dunno who is going to win this game. But Fromm/Eason is going to be meeting Mr. Simmons fairly often. I don't think Georgia's oline will be able to do much with him.

A+ Gif game my friend... that's essentially how I read it in my mind before posting.
I did leave out (but was referenced by another poster in thread) that the 1 point win also required a field goal block from 37 yards out with 5 seconds to go to secure the victory.

Georgia had a one point win against a horrible Missouri and a two point win against Nicholls State. That's how close you were to a losing season. Not to mention that you were blown out by the last place team in the West - a team that a 5-7 MSU team beat on the road by 35.
Ok. We also beat an Auburn team that beat y'all by 24 last year. I have no idea what this has to do anything. We lost to UT on a Hail Mary, and lost to Vandy & GT by 1. This was also all last season and I don't think either of our teams want to relive that year.

The point is that the only thing you are hanging your hat on is a one point win over a bad Notre Dame team. Ask yourself would LSU beat Notre Dame? Would Louisiana Tech beat Notre Dame?
I don't know if LSU would. Possibly, but ND has a dual threat QB and running game that LSU struggled with against y'all. I highly doubt La Tech would beat ND but it is possible.

I think Georgia's defense is awesome. Might be the best in the conference. But your offensive line is abysmal and you have a freshman QB. You are going to have a hard time moving the ball consistently. You win the game if your great defense can stop MSU - the top scoring team in the SEC, the top offense in the SEC, the No. 2 rusher in the SEC (and that's not even Fitzgerald). If you do all of that, you still have to move the ball on the No. 1 defensive efficiency team in the country with a freshman QB and an abysmal offensive line.
This all seems pretty fair. I do think it's a little ridiculous to claim the #1 place in certain statistical things currently because it's such a small sample size.
GRINDED!!!

Interesting. I could have sworn that tGrind was not in play this week. Accurately refuting a poor attempt at a grind is now cause for claiming one has been "GRINDED".

You so angry bro. It's gonna be a good SEC game. Either team can win. You don't need to over analyze it or look at results from last year. Just relax and grab an ice cold Smirnoff ice.

State has the more established HC, offense, and QB. The defense should be a wash, with a slight edge to UGA. The STs seem about even. They should be favored to win this game.
The big difference is it's a night game at UGA. I do question the ability of the UGA oline to handle their front 7.
People are on Simmons' nuts. Trenton Thompson's star shines just as bright. Looking for a big game from him.
