I don't get why people have such a hard-on for orange. It's a terrible color fit for criminals. As a UGA fan I should know.

Not my order of choice but no problem with it. They nailed the bottom of the list though. The commentary is contradictory from one team to another. They prefer costume, got it.

Having Orange should immediately put you in the bottom half. Especially if the shade is as ugly as Tennessee's

" Mississippi State
It would give them a bit more personality, which would help because there's just not a whole lot you can do with maroon and white."

"Texas A&M
The fact is that the Aggies suffer from a lot of the same problems Mississippi State does in that there's only so much you can do with maroon and white."

Yet Alabama's & Arkansas's 2 color uniforms offer more variety?

2 colors are 2 colors (whichever duo you use).

give me all blue or blue over white at home, and white over blue on the road. Love those looks.

I like those looks too. I don't like your all-orange although I do like our all-orange not exactly sure why but I guess it's the difference between the more red-orange and yellow-orange hues. That said, I know a lot of our fans don't like the all-orange look on us either but I love it. I've gotten used to our alt. although if I had my way it would only be used on or about Halloween.

I know UF wore orange in the 80's IIRC but when I think of the Gators, I think of blue/white with the dark orange helmets. I think Florida's orange jerseys and pants are both hideous. It just doesn't look right imo Ironic from a VOLS fan, I know ?
I definitely prefer when we emphasize the blue over the orange. And to be serious for a moment I do actually like what Tennessee has done with their colors lately. They're looking pretty sharp, and far more interesting than, say, Bama

Downvoting is a sign of being rustled. I did not mean to hurt your feelings by comparing Alabama's shade of red to the color in the crotch of your mother's worn granny panties. Do not take it personally, internet user nc14

No. Alabama has to be #1. I like the simple and straightforward. Don't get me wrong...I like Florida's, too. But not number one.

1. Alabama
2. Auburn
3. Georgia
4. LSU
5. Florida
6. Ole Miss
7. South Carolina
8. Texas A&M
9. Tennessee
10. Mississippi State
11. Missouri
12. Arkansas
13. Kentucky
14. Vanderbilt

The thing that kills Kentucky for me is the metallic helmets. I used to like Kentucky's uniforms.

Getting away from Adidas was the best thing Tennessee could've done. I'm definitely digging the new uniforms and the brighter shade of orange.

Is that why the author loves Auburn & Florida?

Thank you. Storied programs/franchises don't mess with what helps identify them. Yankees, Cardinals, Packers, Cowboys, Bama, USC, Oklahoma, Texas...

Celtics and Notre Dame, fix that shite dammit.

I don't know that anybody is a big fan of them, but the reality is that's what the players want and when you're at a school that doesn't have a long-standing traditional uniform it's going to happen.

I like the white helmet/blue jersey/white pant combo though more than the blue helmets.
