Not saying he's played dirty all year (and not trying to get into an argument about it), but this gif shows just how bad his hit was Saturday. If I were UGA, I would have been pissed too. Most likely done the same thing to send a message.

Sorry if this was already posted, which it probably has been.

i disagree, he couldn't tell it was a late hit because he had just lowered his helmet to spear the guy in the back before the ball was thrown.

Actually that's what I was thinking. But anytime you go into the QB like that, you've got to be aware or you're accountable.

Ryan Pugh taught him in case he decides to stay another year so he could continue the legacy.

He's lucky he wasn't playing against Auburn's offensive line. They would have chop blocked him for realz........

Experience has made them much more adept at it than Georgia.

Well, I'll say it. He has played dirty all year, and has done it to build his reputation.

The dirtly little secret Auburn fans don't want to acknowledge is that Fairley takes pride in injuring opposing QB's, legal or not. It's his badge of honor. It's also what he's been taught by his position coach.

Well, we can argue about that in the other 400 threads. I was just posting this because it's a great camera view of it.

And, I will be pretty upset with the SEC if they don't do something about this. The hit was uncalled for regardless of his previous actions.

Fairley this season has....

Suplexed Jefferson

Speared Murray in the back and the knee

Driven numerous QB's into the ground , several late hits and has a serious attitude problem. Several SEC coaches made complaints.

Nevis shakes his head in disappointment at Fairley ....

Like I said, I will be severely disappointed if the SEC does nothing about this.

The late hit to Murray was totally uncalled for. It was a penalty and deserved a flag. Anyone who argues that is just stupid. It also kept their drive alive and they got a FG out of it. We had them stopped and they were going to have to punt and the penalty kept it going.

As for the driving the QB into the ground, no one has thrown a flag on it yet. If the refs don't throw a flag, he'll continue to do it. Technically it's a form tackle. He's wrapping guys up and driving through them with his shoulder and finishing the tackle into the ground. If a DB or LB does that, no one complains. If it's a penalty, then throw a flag, but that has yet to happen.

Not illegal in NCAA yet, but is in the NFL. I bet that changes soon. it's still dirty either way.
