Maybe you didn't notice, but Neighbors was just looking for something to do at that point as Fournette was already 15 yards down field. Collins had already put Miles out of the play.

Except it wasn't a double team. You can see the FB blocking an A&M player that was heading towards the hole and he pushed him to the left towards Collins and Garrett.
