They seed 16 teams protect 8

Then use a S curve for the top 16. They then fill in the rest. You don't understand seeding, brackets, and all factors used I take it.

If I recall, Kendall Rogers said Ok State basically ended up being the 8th seed since Mizz St couldn't host a super.

A national seed is earned based on results on the field. Stadium availability should not be part of the equation. IMO
