I'm not predicting a win, but UF has the best defense they've seen yet. If they keep him under 150, we can win. UF is playing on house money now. Nobody, including Gator fans thought we would be here. Even a close loss here will make us look good!

OP asked a question, dude answered it. Bama fans are pretty confident in the run defense. Ask Alex Collins about it.

Please....
We both know your metrics change as needed to preserve The Gump Narrative. If he runs against UF, next week it will be that Harris can't pass. If Harris passes, it will be they should have run better. Whatever, man.

Im sure you would take RF over LF if you had the choice.

Alabama has the talent and depth too. The difference in that game IMO will be time of possession. Whichever defense can stay off the field the most, will be the team that comes out with a W. If Coker and the O-Line can't hold it together in that game and fail to take advantage when they're in scoring position, then I think 'Bama loses.

Absolutely agree. If Bama is able to sustain long drives on LSU in the 2nd half they won't have the front 7 depth to stop them continuously.

I'm just curious as to what are these elite defenses you speak of? LF is an NFL ready rb and would be a starter at that. Their back up would start for any team in the country as well. UGA almost had 200 yds rushing against that Bama D. If Arkansas had done that then they would have won the game.

If, almost, blah, blah.. Lol. Bama shut down Chubb, shut down Collins, they've shut down every running game they've faced. Sorry they aren't scared of anybody. I'll count elite as any defense ranked better than 60 in the country. Make it easy for you.

I notice LSU and Bama fans are sizing each other up already. Are they playing this week? Beautiful, hopefully the LSU players are doing the same!

Not a chance. This is the only time in LSU history that Leonard Fournette will get a chance to play the Florida Gators in Tiger Stadium. That place is going to be jacked up like 2007.

Bama will shut down every running attack they face this year. It has already begun as Chubb and Collins were smothered. This will continue throughout the season.

Now if you can throw, you'll have a chance. A mobile QB would help to get away from our pass rushers.

A lot of you forget what Fournette's breakout game was last year and who it was against.

Fournette's a beast man, no doubt, and I wish we could get some record breaking RB's at some point too. But come on, that was a Muschamp coached team and it still came down to a dropped TD pass in the end zone. This comment is not implying we will win, just saying, don't act like you blew us out of the swamp last year.

Fournette is gonna be ready to go for this game. Ready to steal your girl and your pride.

If you're going to bring up anything from the Muschamp teams, you need some new material. That's a
picture. Do you think that's the team showing up this Saturday??

Nobody has to stop it for 4 qtrs. This is football and points will be scored. LF can run for 150 and score two TDs against Bama. Bama just has to make sure the other backs are held somewhat in check and Harris doesn't have a good game. I can live with 220 yards rushing, 150 passing, and 24 points. Bama has a great shot if they do that.

did a decent job stopping your running game for a half, I wonder what a good defense will do.

Lucky for LSU football games have two halves. LSU ran for around 400, again, but please try to find a reason LSU should be worried about that

ell me about all these great defenses LSU has played so far? Run all over Florida, Alabama, and Ole Miss and then let's talk. LSU is just like UGA two weeks ago. Overrated as hell because of their record against shitty teams.

If UGA is so overrated tell me about the good teams Alabama has beaten. Your best win came against a team that just got beaten by Tennessee and you've looked anything but dominant in all your other games
