No. Saban doesn't know how to defend the jet sweep. He'll be totally baffled by it

Better question: Will LSU score this year?

Just rip your jerseys off and run the Wild Yaw offense. Nick will never see it coming.

Alabama cannot stop the jet sweep.
However they always stop the airplane brush....so don't run that one, they'll be looking for that one, no sense in trying that one.

Hope this is a joke.

Glad LSU found something dumbed down they can execute ad nauseam on the field.

Let's see, play assignment football, know your keys, have skilled LB and DB's...kiiiiinda sounds like Bama and I'm pretty sure Saban remembers the jet from some high school gig.

Y'all pitiful. BAMA is gonna hurt your fricking feelings...lolololol.

Then maybe you can run the Wing-T or something.

I've enjoyed watching the jet sweep when it's used to surprise opposing defenses.

That said, anybody who runs horizontally against Bama will lose yardage.

bet the longest gain on a sweep will be 6 yards against them.

And it will be on a 3rd and 17 play

I see you've hired Kiffin as an analyst.

I know the triple option has given Saban trouble before

LSU is going HUNH and run the Wishbone with Etling. It will baffle the world.

Seriously. LSU will probably be a 20+ dog if they beat Ole Miss. Bama is a steamroller. It will take some big plays on both sides for us to have a shot. We will not be driving the field with 4 and 6 yard plays. I doubt our defense is capable of containing their run game without leaving their recievers in man to man all night.

The jet sweep isn't that effective against elite defenses

Really?? Cause I swear I heard FL’s D was great and AU’s was most def considered elite b/4 our game with them....but I guess they aren’t now since the jet sweep worked on them?

Here is the deal, if you seek out to stop the run up the middle, it eventually opens up the jet sweep. I watched it confuse the hell out of two very good D’s two weeks in a row. Just sayin.
