Yes, it is that unquantifiable ability to somehow wind up on a team that accompanies you with a team of your peers talent-wise to help you win games, or to singlehandedly win the entire gauntlet up to a championship that makes one truly elite

Without your bama goggles on there are some names that should be between Herschel and Ingram. And they would be no, but were elite

And you can be on a championship team and not be an elite running back so you know. You go from all time greats to 3 of bama's last 4 starting running backs lol
