Yes it is. I love watching it again and recognizing new things I don't recall seeing before. Mostly the Bama fan reactions.

I love how they dedicate a full 10 minutes of the replay to the celebration afterwards. GOAT celebration.

Favorite reaction had to be Ladrius Owens (#10) running down the field.

Also, frick that reporter for not letting them carry Chris Davis off the field. Way to ruin the moment for the dude.

Is he the one standing by himself who covers his mouth and says "oh my god"? Was he the OT from Jacksonville we just missed out on?

#27 makes me nervous every time I watch the replay. Why does he have to get so close?!?

Sadly they won't be replaying the 2008, 2011, or 2012 Iron Bowl games. Maybe 2009?

Cam for me. Clean yourself up when you're done.

By the way, and this is the honest truth - when I think of the greatest wins and the greatest feelings I ever had from college football, none of them were from beating auburn. Right off the top, I remember how I felt after the Goal Line Stand, the 92 Sugar Bowl, and the game where we beat Florida in the Swamp on Alexander's run. Never after beating auburn, not even the great kick from Tiffin.

I grant you, I NEVER have felt as low as the auburn losses. Cam hurt, the kick six hurt, and several others. It HURTS to lose to auburn. But beating auburn will never give me that incredible thrill you get from beating us. I usually am nervous during the Iron Bowl because I don't want to see us lose.

But the thrill of winning a huge game? I get that after knocking off LSU, or Florida. I'm sure you'll explain that in "Gump" terms or just call bullshite, but it's the truth.

Those games sucked though. The whole country only cares about & remembers 2010 & 2013.

I believe you. Thing is though, Bama almost never wins a big iron bowl against a good AU team. AU wins almost every time it is a big one. So I can understand you not being all that excited about beating the bad AU teams which is all bama has been able to accomplish in the past 30 years with the exception of 1994.

Maybe you'll change that this year. Only once in my life has auburn had back to back conference (co)championships, a couple of 10-2 seasons under Dye.

That's probably it - you nailed it. Beating Miami in 92, and Florida under Spurrier was beating a team that had established itself as the top of the sport at the time. The one downside of being your big brother is we can never feel the sense of accomplishment that you do from an Iron Bowl win, unless you were to finally string together several elite years.

Good luck with that, for all our sakes.

Since 1980, the games I can remember when both teams entered the game with 2 or less losses:

2013, 2010, 2005, 1994, 1993, 1989, 1988, 1986, 1982.

Auburn won 8/9.

I may be missing some, so correct me if I am wrong on my count.

We won 3 in a row under Dye, not two.

Has bama won even 2 in a row since Bryant retired?
