Can't use UGA in your situation either because Richt would've used him as a TE

You beat us by 3. We were the only team that slowed Cam Newton down that season. We would have tied the game if not for a wide open dropped pass down the sideline. Dropped interception later would've been an almost sure TD too. But hey keep thinking we "weren't very good"

South Carolina definitely. Cam Newton would have been a phenomenal fit in that offense.

He would have won a National Championship with every team except for Georgia.

Lord some of you really aren't familiar with football outside of the SEC are you? Mizzou was a top 10 team in 2010 without Cam Newton.

The question I always had was how would Auburn have done in 2011 if Cam and Nick had come back for there senior year (We lost a lot of talent). It is possible he would have taken an 7-5 regular season team and gone 10-2.

Impossible...Cam does not lose college games as a starting QB.

We would not have won. Running quarterbacks have never worked out this century for us

Yes Aubun only beat State by 3. But I believe it was the second or third game of the year and Auburn was not nearly the team at that point in the season as they were the back half. Not a very good team at all at that point in the season honestly. Squeaked out wins against a couple of teams early.
