Has to meet the demands of the AD…next year, has to be competitive in regular season, SEC tournament and advanced far in the NCAA.

He needs time to adjust to NIL, the xfer portal, etc..
I think about 3 - 4 more years and he'll be good. The landscape has changed. It's not 2012. It's a different era. He has shown flashes of greatness.
