Honest question, do athletes get exceptions for the five year rule. I thought you couldn't be a non full time student for more than five years or some shite for all of your old credits to count.

Also, it is ironic and kind if funny it is the sociology degree - and it makes sense - but congrats to him nonetheless.

If I'm not mistaken, Auburn (and other schools) have a specific program for former athletes to return and finish their degrees.
And yes, I thought the sociology thing was ironic as well.

Edit: Program is called Operation Follow-Through

The point escapes you, jackass.

What difference does it make? So many people get jobs not in their field. Most companies hire people with degrees because it shows that they will finish something. Because he will have this degree, he can become a coach, and that is what he wants to do.

Caddy actually has a nephew named Aleric Williams who is ranked in the top 50 players nationally in the 2017 class by 247 sports. He already has 7 predictions in his crystal ball and they are all to Auburn

Your credits count no matter how long you have been away from school and no matter what your status is.

i'll never make fun of anyone for getting a degree.

good for him. hopefully he inspires more athletes to graduate as well.

you really cannot put enough emphasis on how important a degree is. doesn't matter if its sociology, you just need that stupid piece of paper.

I graduated with s Sociology Degree too! Cadillac is a great person and athlete. His NFL career took some tough his with injuries but he fought back to get on the field after he easily could have retired. Seriously ppl, lets just give Caddy some credit and atta boy's here and be happy for the guy.

Williams did an interview his rookie season during a weather delay, my jaw hit the floor when he started talking. It was in all honesty NM bad. Good for him that he stuck it out and got a degree.

I watched an older interview after I watched your link and you're right Cad doesn't sound bad at all, nowadays. He wasn't that well spoken in college though. I stand corrected.

However...this.

Is this really an argument any other team especially bama wants to go into?
