Ahhh, I would expect a larger list of offers from Allen. I just don't know that much about him other than what ESPN and Rivals have to offer. I see Fraziers offer list which is fricking insane and then I see that only Arkansas offered Allen.

Like i said other schools didn't bother because they knew once he got the offer from Arkansas he was going to commit he let that be known. Both Frazier and Allen are really good and hopefully we get to see them play against each other in the future.

Allen made it well known that he was going to be a Hog and wouldn't consider other schools. His dad is the d-line coach at Arkansas. I think this is why he doesn't have any other offers.

I didn't believe that other schools would just not offer him because they thought he was all Arky until I read this. It makes sense for them not to even bother recruiting him if his dad is part of the Arkansas staff.

Why? because i know for a fact that he said many many times when he gets a offer he will commit. He committed the same day he got his offer like he said he would. His dad is part of the coaching staff. Why would he go anywhere else?

Allen is similar to the Trickett kid out of Florida last year...he had no offers until he publicly said something to the effect that he would not attend the same school his father coached...After that I know Arky and UF offered (not sure of others), but ultimately signed with the Noles

I still don't believe that a school wouldn't even offer. That really doesn't make any sense. IF, by some chance, these schools didn't offer solely for that reason, they are pretty stupid. IMO, if other schools wanted him, they would have offered. Now, to address the subject of Allen vs. Frazier... no one here is inferring that Allen is better, are they?

By the way, Brandon Allen has a little brother that is expected to be at least as good as Brandon is too.
