When Bret Bielema gets his 20th SEC loss this weekend @ Auburn he will be the fastest non UK/Vandy head coach in SEC history to reach 20 SEC losses.

You guys sure have been dickriding Auburn opponents a lot lately. Feels like the old days.

I'm not doubting you but man that sounds crazy. I can't believe that derek dooley or any number of SC coaches havne't done the feat faster.

Was Dooley fired before he could get to 20 losses?

Genuine question, I only remember him beating Vandy, Kentucky, and Ole Miss once lol

He started 0-14 in the SEC and has gone 8-5 since getting his first win.

He's also 11-3 since getting his first win over Auburn last year.

He is 5-4 against the last 9 ranked opponents, all losses to Bama and Aggy over that time span.

You know the Rebels jumped us on early trolling about the upcoming game last week. They are mostly gone now you will notice.

Mainly the fact he coached in the east.

during his tenure he faced meyer twice at UF, another UF team ranked as high as #2, a UGA team that was ranked 3rd, and the strongest SC teams they've had in school history.

I know the east is down but it's not like he was facing vandy/kentucky every week.

You're right, the east during Dooley's tenure was just as difficult as the west is today.

Just stating it was a huge reason. I never meant that every team he played was bad just was easier than the west in that time frame. I don't think he ever beat the West.
