Kentucky is at 4-1 with one conference loss to Florida. That didn't change with last night's performance. Obviously we'll see what happens against Auburn and whether it's an anomaly. I haven't seen many teams this season across the board not have a letdown game, so it's not exactly poor logic to think UK could play well from here on out.
ETA: It's just funny that you can't concede that letdown games exist.

It hinges on every game from now until the end of the season, but last night's game against performance doesn't fall under that category. The game is finished, Kentucky won. I feel like it was rather obvious that Kentucky came out flat, and picked it up whenever there was 4:59 left in the game and they were down 14.

Not sure why you are arguing with me, we agree on every point. The only difference is I dont believe they have a shot at the east from what Ive seen with my eyes, and you are a fan. Its perfectly normal to disagree here
The question i had for the OP (which started all this) is why use the logic for UK being a contender when many teams not on the list have the exact same reasoning for being there
It wasnt an attack on UK at all, I couldnt care less how well they play TBH. And I have given them props more than once, yet this continues.....

Georgia is an 8-4 team, they always have been and always will be. Georgia fans speak as if there was this great powerhouse tradition in their past and that is just not the case. Georgia is Georgia. I like Georgia and everyone thinks I hate them and that is not true, I am just stating facts. Sometimes they win 10 instead of 8 but Richt always blows one or two a year. He will never win it all.

Folks forget EKU missed getting the FBS invite a few weeks ago. They had the better program, facilities, and overall history. Sadly the team that received the invite was located in the Myrtle Beach area and got invited instead.

Even if we had dropped one to EKU, that doesn't change the fact that two seasons ago UK was in it's consecutive 2 win season and Stoops is well on his way to bowl contention this season. UK fans have plenty to be excited about under Stoops. Why would that change with an EKU loss?
He's just in year 3 cleaning up a bigger mess than any of the other coaches who came in with him are cleaning up. He's a good coach. Hopefully we can hold on to him and his staff.
It's like people complimenting Stoops is a trigger for you or something. You say you don't give a shite about what Kentucky does, so why would you care if UK fans think Stoops is the greatest thing since sliced bread?

And to Belle, had you guys had lost that game, and at that point it looked likely, then it would have changed what many feel about Stoops being better than Malzahn etc.....
If oyu guys havent noticed, there is actually a thread here this morning claiming Mcilwain is the 2nd best coach in this league

So in other words, you're triggered because some people on the Rant think Stoops is doing better than Bielema. We all know what the etc means.
You shouldn't be so sensitive. Bielema's success isn't mutually exclusive with Stoops. One isn't going to knock the other down a notch.
