According to Tuscaloosa police, charges were dropped because Jones "attempted to deescalate the situation by contacting the Tuscaloosa Police Department."

Hey dude! It's Undecided's job to report every little legal matter effecting college athletes. Or maybe he just reports when they are arrested. That guy is like one of those people who sits around listening to a police scanner for entertainment.

Damn it. I was really hoping another human being's life would be completely ruined because he goes to a school I don't pull for. Damn it. What is the world coming to when my football enemies go un-smote. Smite them Lordy! Go All Old Testament! Smite them !

Good for him... The police have to make the charge. He is not 100% innocent, as he could have been charged with destruction of property. Get her a new phone and who cares.

Good for him. Seems like he learned from his mistake immediately by contacting the police.

Dang, wouldn't it be nice if everybody would call the police on themselves like Cyrus did?

This is the least surprising thing ever. I still remember Juwan Simpson being arrested by the Birmingham police for possession of a stolen handgun and the charges being dropped later because he supposedly checked the gun with the Tuscaloosa police and they just magically forgot to tell him it was stolen
